The Card Concept...Happy Birthday, Owl

Hello friends,

One more card to share with you tonight before heading to bed.  This one is for this week's The Card Concept Challenge - theme is Forest Friends.  I decided to go with "Fall" colors for my owl.  I used the Create a Critter Cartridge to die-cut the owl and branch. I think my card falls under the clean and layered category.

Global Design Project... Baby Girl Card

Hi everyone,

Just popping in to share the card I made for this week's Global Design Project - it's all about babies!   I've been on a roll using my Cricut Expression for a lot of different projects, so of course, I wanted to create a simple baby card.  I used the Baby Shower Cricut Cartridge for the hot air balloon, and the Hello Kitty Cricut Cartridge for the clouds.

The Male Room...Mr. Banana

Hi everyone,

I'm playing on a new-to-me challenge called The Male Room.  We were asked to create a project using  fruit.  It literally took me about a day to think about what to create, until Mr. Banana came to life!  Ha! I die-cut the banana using Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge, and I used the Billionaire Cricut Cartridge for the fancy hat, moustache and cane.  I really liked the way it turned out.
